Owners of Seduction 2.0™(2019-2020) are encouraged to 
stop using the product and prepare it for return to nobEssence 
or its’ original point of sale.

Since the Seduction 2.0™ started shipping in October 2019, we’ve heard amazing stories about how it is expanding the user’s capacity to give and experience satisfaction.  Composed of a dense fast-growing renewable palm species, Seduction 2.0 is sleeker than its larger namesake Seduction (2007-2019) and features sweet spots for seating vibration.

As reviewers and media outlets began adding Seduction 2.0 to their ‘Top 10’ and holiday wish lists, a reseller reported a broken unit in an unopened giftbox held in place with elastic bands.  After intense quality control testing, we have determined that sustained pressure on the thinnest portion of the Seduction 2.0 may cause breakage.

As a supplier of lifetime(s) heirloom-quality products, we’ve decided the black palm Seduction 2.0 no longer meets our exacting standards and have therefore ceased its production and distribution. We are partnering with our resellers and distributors to recall the Seduction 2.0 with prepaid packaging and to provide a free replacement.

Warranty Replacement & Instructions
We have begun production of the Seduction 3.0 and the free replacements will be available before Valentine’s Day 2022.

We have several options to receive your Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) kit which includes instructions and a postage-paid return envelope.
