One (1)-Year Warranty
All nobEssence products come with a 1-year manufacturing and service warranty. We will repair or replace any defects due to faulty craftsmanship or materials with proof of purchase.
To complete warranty claim, click here and follow directions for the RMA. An RMA kit will be provided at the requested address which will include directions for returning the product, RMA number, and proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required from nobEssence or an authorized retailer to show purchased within the warranty period. Products purchased directly from www.nobEssence.com within the last 5 years, are not required to submit proof of purchase. nobEssence retains proof of purchase for direct-to-consumer sales for up to 5 years.
Lifetime(s) Quality Support
Intended for adults only, nobEssence products are intended to last lifetimes. If you find your product is faulty outside of the warranty period or you have lost your proof of purchase to qualify for one (1) year remedy, we want to hear from you. While we may not be able to repair or replace for free, we offer repair and Beautification™ services for a fee. Please open a service request and we will contact you with options.
nobEssence products and service crafted with Raw Earth™ materials, come with a one (1) year worldwide manufacturing and service warranty after the date of original purchase against defects due to faulty craftmanship or materials. nobEssence extends the warranty appropriately in localities mandating longer warranty periods.
The warranty does NOT cover cosmetic changes (color) or deterioration caused by fair wear and tear (some dulling of Lubrosity may occur); use outside 5C-42C (40F to 107F), or direct sunlight; abrasives, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to self-repair will void the warranty.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep a copy of your original purchase (image of purchase receipt) together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period.
Pleasure objects under warranty claim must be returned (together with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number) to nobEssence in the provided shipping envelope. Shipping costs will be applied for items outside of warranty.
