I received a comment this week about the Linger
I love the idea of all those bloops, but I’m not sure what to do with the hole in the end….
Well, Dear Ones, I can answer that. The Linger was designed primarily as an Anal Toy but many folks enjoy it as a Vaginal Toy too. The end is tapered and the variation in diameter is gradual so that even those fairly new to Anal play can find their way with this toy. The bloops can very definitely be felt, but are not so extreme that they jar or catch. And the texture of wood is firm without being heavy - that’s a bonus when you want to linger a while without getting achy hands. The Linger can be used solo or with a partner and you may find that a change in positioning is helped with a change in grip.
This is the underhand hold (I just made that up, call it whatever you want) and most folks find this hold best for solo play. You don’t even really need to apply pressure with your other fingers to hold the Linger. Think of it a little like an extension to your finger. Now you can reach all those delicious spots that enjoy a little firmer pressure.
And here’s the overhand hold. The Toymaker says this is the wrong way to hold a Linger but I find it more comfortable when using the toy on someone else (him). You may not be able to tell from these photos, but the diameter of the hole is quite large and most folks should not have a problem inserting pointer or middle fingers (unless you have huge sausage fingers). There really isn’t a right or wrong way to hold the Linger - whatever feels most comfortable to you in the position you’re in.
